2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.luxlite.com (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision. Luxlite Ltd shall do it’s best to ensure that all information is correct, but shall not be under any liability for any damage, loss or expense resulting from any errors or omissions. Goods supplied may vary in detail from the illustrations and descriptions, (which are approximate and for guidance only) as a result of improvements and modifications, but manufacturers and model numbers will comply.

4.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The Website may include links to websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any links to other websites are not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such websites.
6.1 All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed the Company or otherwise used by The Company as permitted by law.

8. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Company reserves the right to refuse supply of any goods to any person or any company for any reason at any time.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that prices are correct the Company reserves the right not to supply goods which are found to be incorrectly priced. In this event you may reconfirm the order upon price agreement or cancel the order and receive a full refund.
10. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from items being out of stock, or arising from problems with delivery including late, incomplete or damaged items. Claims for refunds for incomplete or damaged items must be made in writing via email within 7 working days of delivery.
11.1 Any mistake made by Tools And Electrical Ltd will result in a full refund to the customer.
11.2 Faulty or damaged goods must be notified to Tools And Electrical Ltd, in writing via e-mail within 7 working days.
11.3 Cooling Down Period. If you decide you do not wish to keep the item, you must notify Tools And Electrical Ltd, in writing via e-mail, within 7 days of receiving the item. We will advise on how you should arrange return by traceable method, or return in person. The purchase cost of the item will be refunded in full but not the Postage & Packaging costs.
12. OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Company, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against the Company arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, short fall of manufacturer, strike, lock outs or other industrial action, difficulties in obtaining labour or parts, government or other restriction or regulations or other event beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
