Any mistake made by Luxlite Ltd will result in a full refund to the customer.
Faulty or damaged goods must be notified to Luxlite Ltd, in writing via e-mail within 7 working days.
Cooling Down Period:
If you decide you do not wish to keep the item, you must notify Luxlite Ltd, in writing via e-mail, within 7 days of receiving the item. We will advise on how you should arrange return by traceable method, or return in person. The purchase cost of the item will be refunded in full but not the Postage & Packaging costs.
